| I am a writer/cartoonist/purveyor of general nonsense, who graduated in 2008 with a shiny 2:1 from St Andrews, whereupon I moved to Edinburgh and was unemployed for several months before starting a job with the council that I was fully qualified for by the time I finished school. This was not the plan I had, and it's fair to say that such events might make a lesser person somewhat cynical. Not me though, for one day I will meet Chris Chibnall, and he will impart his many wisdoms, and I will become good enough to write scripts for the K-9 Adventures, maybe even Torchwood. Further career plans include writing for Hollyoaks and River City, before resurrecting 'Take the High Road' for a Hollywood blockbuster movie starring Jason Statham, preferably in a ginger wig. Naturally this will have to be directed by Uwe Boll - nobody else will have the mad skillz to interpret my vision. The only thing standing in my way is an extremely limited knowledge of scriptwriting and a list of very few contacts. Oh, and the total lack of interest displayed by everybody else in the world. |
